An asteroid so far away and remote it went completely undiscovered until just recently. Originally discovered by Xander Griff and the Black Hand, it's location was barterted to the Coalition in exchange for supplies and repairs. The Commonwealth now uses the base to house and train new members of the Praetorian Guard (an elite force of highly trained soldiers operating under the orders of the Commonwealth and Coalition).
It is deep within an asteroid field deep within the Unknown Regions. The field is so dense that the only way to get anything in or out is a carefully timed and planned route through.
