This planet is located in the Tion Hegemony and has several training facilties for the Imperium's death soldiers and commandos. More precisely, it is a boot camp. The Risban branch of the elite naval academy is second only to the primary campus on Raxus. It prepares the most talented young citizens for military service. As a result, many senior officers of the Imperium are natives of this planet.
