Hoth
Currently under the control of The Galactic Coalition, Hoth was once the headquaters of the Rebel Alliance. Used after being forced from their old facility on Yavin 4, Hoth offered a cold, frozen haven, a place where no Imperial patrols would go looking. This was short lived, however, and an Imperial probe droid sent to Hoth discovered the Rebel base. The Rebels used the Battle of Hoth as a delay tactic so that their transports could evacuate men and equipment. The loss of Hoth proved a devestating blow for the Rebellion. There are rumors afoot, however, that one man has his eyes set on Hoth, a man who intends to show the galaxy that the spirit of the New Republic hasn't died.
