Hull Composition: The Reign-Class Destroyer's design role is to fill in the gap between the previous classes of Star Destroyers and the 8km Super Star Destroyer, and to be readily available as a Command Ship in short notice. With those sole purposes in mind the New Order's department of Military R&D was set upon the task of creating a new hull capable of sustaining a great deal of damage and be able to come out of hostile situations intact. The hull's spaceframe construction consists of various molecularly bonded alloys and carbon bonded composite beams. These materials provide enough strength for massive acceleration while remaining flexible enough to withstand extreme maneuvers. These materials also provide the RCD with incredible resiliency to hull strain from explosions caused my incoming warhead attacks.
Armor Composition: The RCD's armor composition is wielded by many people as almost impenetrable. The layers of armor consist of heavy layers of durelium at the top backed by layers of maranium and hyperbarides followed by fine layers of ilinium and a heavy and almost too thick layer of ffredium that is probably the toughest armor besides the Stars End facility's molecularly bonded armor. With the conglomeration of all of the strong and sturdy materials the RCD is one undoubtedly the toughest Command Ship designed to date.

The 4 Main terminals for accessing the Override are located in all the main faces of the ship, they can be only accessed by the commanding officer by a Retina scan or can be Overridden by a Higher ranking officer of the TNO Navy.

Special Capabilitys/Notes:
The New Order’s primary vessels in service are the various makes of Imperial Star Destroyers. These starship served the bulk of the Empire's ruling years at an amount of several thousand. The need for an intermediate command Starship between the Victory, Imperial, and other class Destroyers and the 8 km long Super Star Destroyer was brought to attention by representatives of the New Orders command staff. TNO’s R&D department presented a new ship designed to fill in the role of that particular command ship between the ISD and ASD to Regent Exercon shortly after the rise of their return to the galaxy at large. The following information below describes the primary system onboard this great vessel.
The Weapons
The weapons systems onboard the Reign-Class Destroyers has the most advanced targeting systems along with up to date tracking systems as well. For its size it has an amazing weapons compliment which can only be used in brute strength and vigorous enough to withstand most, if not all ships that can be thrown against it. With 60 Heavy Turbolaser Battery Turrets, 60 Dual Laser Cannon Turrets, and 45 Medium Ion Cannon Turrets, this ship has an impressive lead in its size and weaponry class of many superior ships in it’s class. Due to the fact that ALL of the weapons aboard the Reign-class of ships are mounted in strategic placements, the ship is able to train half of its weapons on all of the other arcs to Dorsal or Ventral arcs which increases the chance of making a deadly barrage if someone gets to close to these two arcs.
One of the special features of all of the weapons onboard are equipped with DER (Dedicated Energy Receptors) which search and locate weak destinations on enemy shields or hull points. These DERs are fitted all around the ship to locate the most valuable target of the weapons of the ship. Another quaint feature is that the weapons have been fitted with Synops-D14 Tracking Systems in each of the turrets to allow the turrets to lock and track the targets and fire till the target is destroyed or damaged to the suitable amount considered by the captain.
In addition to all of the weapons onboard the RCD, there are 4 KDY GWP-40 miniaturized Gravity Well Projectors located amidships. All four of these g-wells can be singly trained to an area 5km away, in which case they can hold one or more ships in the well. This new miniaturized g-well system allows single ships to be halted form entering hyperspace and disabled by the RCD's 44 MICTs allowing this ship to have a considerable advantage over the Empire’s various other capital ships.
The Engines
The new KDY Fusial Thrust engines incorporated for the new Reign-class Destroyers and are augmented for their best performance. The Engines work by taking the same technology from regular fusion power generators but taking the energy and creating it into thrust. The crafts engines first gather positively charged particles and negatively charged particles and fuse them, making a sudden burst of energy, which is captured in the large cache barrels. They are then fed through specialized turbines that augment the power for thrust purposes and makes one heck of a push, even doubling the sublite speed of a regular Ion Drive. The Engines have a surprising amount of speed to them which makes most craft fitted with these considered very deadly. When initial tests to the engine where made by fitting 2 of these engines to A-9 Vigilance starfighters the engines were clocked at 220 MGLT with Shields down and weapons down. This speed makes any fighter fitted with these engines a deadly nemesis indeed. With a Sublite speed of 18 MGLT (Due to mass of the ship the engines don't go as fast as they normally should) the Reign-class Destroyer is one of the fastest moving starships of this size to date.
The Power Systems
The RCD's 3 power cores are WF-158 TB-42 Terawatt Fusion Reactors. The fusion process is a deuterium/tritium reaction that can fuse the fuel elements in a containment chamber using conversion lasers. The He4 byproduct of the reaction is kept separately and is vented at regular intervals. The power is drawn off of the reactor by a closed-cycle liquid potassium cooling system, running off into an induction torus which can use the intense magnetic field created by the superheated potassium to generate electric power. The ship may be destroyed by an authorized crew member by overriding the reactor cooling system and bleeding off coolant, which initiates a supercritical reaction in the containment area. After the activation of the self-destruct device, the crew has ten minutes to get far enough from the ship before it's reactor explodes. So far in recorded history this is the highest ranking power core known in the galaxy. Both of these reactors make a total of 13,560 PUs which indeed makes this starship fully powered, with plenty to spare. To reduce the risk of overload power, one of the reactors is to be shut down while not in production to produce 9,040 PUs, but when in combat the reactor is turned back on due to the major systems power intake.
The Special Systems
Ionilium Plating – This is a new material that has been added to this particular ship in hopes of developing a new Ionization resistant armor for capitol ships. The armor consists of the Periodic Element "Frasium" which is the element with the highest mass to hold many of the Ionized electrons in its valence. The new armor for the starship has been dubbed Ionilium. This element has been proven to hold Ions from the Ion Cannons of many ships. The armor has a special feature in that it has many circuits and many wires traveling to 2 large cache barrels near the main and foremost power generator. The energy absorbed from the Ionilium is transferred first into energy modulators and fed into the cache barrels for later use.
The Security Systems
The security system onboard the Reign-class Destroyers is that of the Cybrax D109 security system. The system incorporates a revolutionary new way to apprehend any unauthorized personnel or boarders. The system works by covering the floor with a system of layered Gravity Intensifiers just like the Ubrikkian R-TechApp Man Trap which uses increased gravity to pull any intruder to the floor in seconds. To be more precise the system's reversed repulserfield intensifies a starships gravity, creating a strong gravity field that is localized into sections on the floor (such sections allow the capture of precise targets using security cameras) making any attempt to avoid this system futile. Settings of the system range from 1 to 8 gravitys (Gs) making this system very strong. On a starship a setting of 4 Gs is more than enough to subdue a human but not enough to stop a wookie. By contrast the eight G setting will trap any angry wookie with the slightest of ease. With the advent of no troopers to subdue the captured intruders the automated blasters in the area will stun them until sufficient troops arrive.
