Overall Description:

The Titan is designed to fill a variety of purposes within the Imperial fleet. The ship appears on the outside as a standard rectangle, with bridge and weapons forward, nothing appreciable amidships, and engines and more weapons aft. On the inside however, it appears to be a standard warship, with military crewers, military grade weaponry, shields, armour, and large drive engines capable of propelling the modestly sized warship through space. What one would find odd right off the bat is the lack of weaponry. What compensates for this lack of weaponry? Well, that is entirely the choice of the builder. The Titan can be anything from a fast resupply vessel to a repair vessel and on to a starfighter carried and an interdiction picket.

Classification#1: Re-supply cruiser. The Titan is this mode has a hollowed out hangar bay fitted into her mid-sections, standard top and side armour, but the bottom is only protected by a magcon field. Inside are cargo containers able to carry anything from weapons, starfighter replacement parts, food, supplies, etc. Each container is locked into place using magnetic clamps, and is also equipped with a small cofferdam so small warships without bays can still access their supplies in the cold of space. The ship can either land in the docking bays of larger ships, or drop their containers at a dead still in space to be retrieved by the other ships.

Classification#2: Repair cruiser. In this form, the Titan again carries a hangar with no bottom. But instead of cargo containers, the ship carries slabs of durasteel armour and viewport windows held in place by racks with clamps. The sheets take up most of the space in the ship, with the rest of the space being occupied with fifty modified SD-9 wardroids. Their legs have been removed however and replaced with repulsors and directional thrusters. The blaster cannons on their arms have been replaced with fusion cutters and welders. When the Titan pulls along a damaged warship, the droids remove the durasteel and fly over to the ship, use the cutters or welders to make a big or small enough piece of armour to nicely cover the hole, then use their welders to insert it into place.

Classification#3: Starfighter Carrier. Taking advantage of the lack of mantinence and human pilot barracks normally needed but eliminated in the EMPIRE Project, the Titan can be equipped with a similar bay as mentioned above, but equipped with twelve racks, each rack holding six EMPIRE class starfighters. This takes up about three quarters of the hangar bay. The rest of the bay is taken up with a crane to assist the starfighters with re-docking to the racks, and re-supplying their ammunition as needed from a small stores container nearby.

Classification#4: Troop Transport. This time the Titan is equipped with two side-by-side module barracks, equipped with sleeping quarters, a small mess cafeteria, and a ready-room. Each module can carry a standard battalion of stormtroopers or naval troopers. The modules can actually be deatched from the rest of the ship to serve as permament quarters for the stormtroopers on a planet.

Classification#5: Vehicle Transport: This time the Titan is equipped with cargo racks, each rack containing a container capable of holding two AT-ST Walkers or four Imperial Speeder Bikes. This is meant either for vehicle re-supply, such as a Star Destroyer after a ground campaign, or for deployment on the world it's self.

Classification#6: Interdiction Picket: Finally, the Titan is equipped with a single High-Output Gravity Well Projector, the projector half sticking out of the bottom of the ship. Because of the energy needed to power the projector, the shields, which would not of been able to encompass the entire globe, have been diverted to power the projector. For this reason it is not advised for the ship to engage with combat with this item equipped.

Notes: The ship can only carry one classification at a time, and needs some shipyard work when converting from one classification to another.
