Dominion R&D: Parrow Lin Battleship
Parrow Lin Battleship, 6000 meter heavy cruiserArmament: 2 Redundent Focusing Blaster Cannons, 60 Plasma Disruptor Cannons
Carrier Capacity: 15 Tetrehedrons
Compliment: 40 Parrow Lin, 12 Cree'Ar and Skey'g'Aar
When the Cree'Ar fleet hung over the Parrow Lin homeworld, they extended the choice of destruction, or submission. In under a month, the Parrow Lin had used the Cree'Ar production capacity to field a fleet of their devestatingly effective warships. The Parrow Lin Battleship is defined as strong and stupid, as although the ship is slow, it can take a rediculous amount of damage before caving into enemy fire. In the meantime, the ship is able to tear holes in enemy vessels, weakening their hull with the heated plasma cannons and then obliterating the remnants of the ship with their revolutionary offensive accomplishment, the Redundent Focusing Blaster Cannons. The Battleship, complete warship, carries tetrehedron attack fighters and the massive Parrow Lin warriors, always eager for ground assaults. It is, however, not without it's downsides. Parrow Lin ships never crafted hyperspace or intersystem travel technology, and thus when they conquered planets around them, they made agonizing journeys at sublight speeds. The sublight speeds, as well, are unimpressive. The vessel gets nowhere fast, although when it does get there, it is rarely outmatched. The vessel has no shields, as the Parrow Lin never developed energy field control technology, and thus the vessel as well carries no interdictors. This is offset by it's frightengly thick hull, a contributing factor in it's slow speed, it enables the vessel to easily withstand the temporal stresses of C-velocity travel. Perhaps the biggest drawback to the vessel is the lack of Parrow Lin... uh... intelligence. The Redundent Focusing Blaster Cannons take a long, long time to recharge, making it far less effective then the upgraded versions used on the Kal Shora. The Parrow Lin intelligence also leads to many command errors. Fortunatly, the Cree'Ar onboard handle most of the tactical needs of the ship, while the Parrow Lin shovel the coal. And mentioning the power systems, they as well are unremarkable, under great strain to handle ships engines against it's massive weight while trying to build a charge for it's fore cannons. The vessel is unable to mount the shield ship's locater device, and holds no nexus. This means it has no tek'a'tara on board, and the tetrehedrons cannot operate with only the Parrow Lin Battleship in system. It limits it, as well, to inter-system communications, and limited co-ordination with other vessels. Regardless, the ship has become a staple of both system defense and offensive assault, and is relied on as a heavy command ship in all Cree'Ar engagements.

Seems good. Approved.

Correct.

I assume that since it has no hyperdrive, the way it will be transported across the galaxy is via your Arbiters?

The basic concept involves compression. The blast begins as a sphere, and is then bent down into a beam, then oscilated and placed under intense magnetic pressure. The force builds kinetic energy to the point where the blast would tear the ship apart if the cannon axis were any longer. The barrell is about 250 meters, and thats where the focusing takes place. The entire cannon is devoted to 300 meter pylons on each side of the ship.
Note that it's not a Cree'Ar tech, but a Parrow Lin tech and is limited to this vessel only.

OOC description of the weapon will work fine.

An OOC description work?
As far as stats...
Speed: 3 MGLT
Hull: 60, 000 RU
Shields: You know the drill

Could you include a description of your Redundent Focusing Blaster Cannons?

OOC: The redundent focusing blaster cannon on this ship is NOT a superlaser. The version on the Kal Shora is. This, however, is low tech, and cannot destroy planets. Vessels, clearly. It takes 3 posts of mine to charge, though I can fire it any time from entering the battle. SDs can handle it... SSDs, anyway. Light cruisers are destroyed in one shot. ISDs are disabled in one shot, as in disabled by having a gigantic smoking hole through their ship, but still being intact, possibly, with life support. To take out key areas or destroy an ISD, it needs to take damage to the target area first. Since I can only fire it once every four turns, it's not that overpowered, as I could take out about 5-6 times that with half as many meters worth of Jha'Mas.
Stats coming, whenever Gue shows up.
