Fifteen hundred? You'll need to reduce that at least by half considering you already have 12 very powerful anti-capital ship weapons at your desposable. Making this ship pretty much invulerable to missiles is too close to the edge of ubership for my tastes. If there are weakness that I can't see, please, enlightment me. Or take it one step further even, show me it is possible that for a ship this size is able to support 1600 plus encampments.
The Phalanx system is comprised of 1500 very light, fast-tracking multi-barrelled blaster cannons. While they lack the ability to inflict any serious harm on enemy ships, they are potent at destroying missiles.
