This is the perfect opportunity for groups to drop R&Ds that they don't want any more, and carry over the ones they do. If its been reapproved, you can carry it over. If it's not approved yet, you'll need to get it approved come the next round.
You can drop or keep whatever R&Ds you like, as long as you do not exceed the limit of 9.
Yes. If, and I am saying if I have any say in it, groups will be allowed to revoke R&Ds at the time of the reset... and possibly after the reset as well (doubtful, that).
But I'm sure your R&Ds can we wiped out... only the Federation Bird-of-Prey was ever reapproved, anyway.
(Hyfe: He wants to start after the reset with nine empty R&D slots, rather than carrying over the old TDL and/or ORF R&Ds)
