History:
The first ever Cren designed ship, the Rapier is a swift manuverable fighter, capable of doing turns which would kill a normal being. With no hyperdrive, the Rapier has to be transported to a battle. The Rapier receives signal from the ship it is based on telling it what to do, dogfight, escort and protect something, or many other objectives. If the ship it was based on is destroyed, the Rapier's droid brain hooks up with another ship, and continues it's mission. If it is based on a planet, then the droid brains receives signals from the planet, and any ship, with the planet as it's main controller, checking orders from other ships, through it's planetary controller. The Rapier is meant to be used in huge numbers, mass strike against something. With no shields they will most likely take heavy losses, but they are expandable. The Cren are quite happy with the Rapier.

It's no problem Seth. Thanks for the approval, and no, the stats don't matter any more, but thanks for the offer.

Gah, Sorry Crinium, I forgot about the stats, do you still need them?
Other than that.

Uhh, thanks for sharing, but that matter has long been sorted.

In Crin's favor, all Trade Federation craft came equipped with Self Destruct modes exactly the same to these... It should very well be allowed.

Made the change.

Bump it up to 3 metres and it should be fine. I'm not willing to let you build a craft that has the speed of a Defender packed into a tinyass hull, plus a laser that would dominate pretty hard in space to space combat.

The self destruct just destroys the craft, so it can't be captured. It is a thermal detenator inside of the craft. If the ship gets ion cannoned, it immediatly destroys itself.

Take off the self destruct mode, unless the self destruct can only destroy the craft itself, in which case its acceptable.
We had a big argument about fighter-missiles (aka kamakazi) and they were ruled unethical. This craft appears to be simply worse as it is designed to actually (from my point of view) be used in that manner.

Yes it would be like the Trade-Fed Droid Starfighters, but they also have a limited droid brain capacity, enough so that they can remain active after their ship, or planetary base, they are based on is destroyed, they can hook up with another ship, and continue in the battle. But during the time it takes to hook back up, they would probably suffer a lot of losses. I'd say the range if 250km? I would appreciate if you could find the stats on the TF droid fighter.

I assume it recieves its orders from the same way as the Trade-Fed droid starfighters, yes?
(A constantly modulating carrier wave).
In which case , destroying the ship it "is based on" would render it useless.
(to clarify).
Plus , a carrier wave has a limited range, so an estimate from you would be useful, (to avoid any arguements in the future). If you would like the stats on the Trade-Fed Starfighter , say so and I'll dig up a link.
As for the rest, I don't have any major issues.
