ATTN: Concerning R&D Time

When you submit an R&D, your development time will begin right away. When a mod requires that an R&D size be changed, your time is extended (if required so by the rules). Other changes the Mods make will have no effect on the R&D time.

The changes the R&D Mods make are considered the IC equivalent of actual Development.



NOTE: No time will be compensated for people already halfway through their R&D time.

If you are less than half way through your R&D time, links in this thread to both the R&D thread on your board, and the thread in this forum.

I will then go through and calculate your time compensation, and post as such on your forum.
