Commentary
The Silencer-class was designed to be a contemporary of the Bird of Prey. It is designed As a main body with two wide-spanning wings and a long elongated “neck” with a cylindrical command center at the end of the ‘neck’. The entire ship is bristling with weapons, and is designed on the principal of “pass fighting”. The ship will make a run at an enemy vessel with all it’s wing and fore mounted weapons emplacements blazing. As it passes the enemy vessel, the ship’s aft mounted weapons will cover the ship’s retreat. So each ‘pass’ does a devastating amount of damage. When used en mass the vessel combined with the cloak-capable Bird of Prey, it is a very effective forward attack vessel.

I'll look at approving as soon as those weapons are edited up a bit. Or better described in their firing arcs... Or, better yet, add a list of weapons numbers without firing arcs... Just list your weapons because;

Not to shabby...
All in all, very good. Weapons seem fine, the supercharged laser cannons are a little much (;)), but the shields are low enough to componsate for the power draw (I believe Interdictor shields are somewhere around 2000).

Edited again, this time with deletion of Ion cannons, bringing down all weapons emplacements (including tractor beams) to 43.

It doesn't. The Federation Type One Bird-of-Prey also known as the [i]Ghost[/i]-class Bird-of-Prey is a cloak capable ship.

Please clarify that this does not refer to this R&D itself being cloak-capable.

I don't think that this R&D itself has a cloak, it is another R&D, the Federation Bird-of-Prey, though I could be wrong.

A. Needs Sheild/Hull ratings.
B. Reduce total Weapon/Tractor-beam emplacements to at most, 50.
C. Reduce cargo capacity.
D. Loose or explain the cloak. Also, other systems will be reduced for a cloaking system.
