Ship Question
There's a ship at this website called a Nebula-class Star Destroyer: frankg.dgne.com/swsv/index.shtmlI want to know if it is legal to use. I've seen it on other websites with different meterage. Cole I believe went with this website as listing it at 1040 meters.

They're both the same meterage and frankly I think they're the same ship with different names.

Hmm, or vice versa. I must have been quite tired when I wrote that then.
Reguardless it makes no difference the ships are mentioned as two sepparate ships in the books, so they are not the same ship.
So find some stats to try out then.

The Defender is probaly an improved version of the Nebula, probaly with more shields and hull, seeing as how one Nebula, the Yakez, was easily destroyed by two Armadia Thrustships in the Battle of N'Zoth.

I'll just consider it a defender.

Spectre of the Past takes place after Tyrant's Test. It's the last book before the New Jedi Order.
And the Nebula and Defender have the exact same stats. Submit a general R&D, sure. Or you could just build DSDs.

There is no such definitive proof that the nubula Star destroyer is the same star destroyer as the Defender class even if they are the same length.
The Nubula was made and used in Spectre of the past a year before the Defender was used in Tyrants Test. Thus they are two different star destroyers that go by two different names.
It is likely that the Nubula class is a precurser to the Defender class Star Destroyer. My suggestion is to dig up some stats on the Nubula and give it a shot as a General R&D considering that it is a ship that was mentioned in canon text.

Thanks.

The Nebula Star Destroyer is the same as the Defender Star Destroyer.
See general R&D for the Defender.
