I can verify that fact, despite the fact the agreement was not an agreement as such, but more a ratification.

Also marth, in regards to R&Ds, everything is certain. Very rarely do we accept things 99% certain.

Because an agreement was reached with Hapes.

Hmm then why do you have Hapan Battle Dragons?

And by the way ORS is not as in no, negative etc. GC. I am not Jan Dondana. Have a nice day.

There's a difference.

The ISDIII was developed by the Empire in secret, and none where ever destroyed or captured (in canon).

The Black Sword command was made up many ships, yes, but it is never said there were any ISDIIIs. Judging by the movies (if you go with the idea that some of the models used in RotJ were different, and therefor were Mark IIIs), then it is easy to see that any ISDIIIs deployed at that time were sent to Endor and Coruscant, and other key installations.

Not to an already over-powered fleet like Black Sword.

The New Republic built Mon Cal vessels at Bilbringi and Fondor, among other places. TNO controls both those planets, as well as Coruscant (their old capital) and Corellia (their other old capital), and Csilla (another major world, at any rate).

It stands to reason that a set of plans were captured by the Empire from one or all of these locations. But we don't build Mon Cal ships, anyway.

Really, TNO should stick to building Imperial ships, and the GC can stick to building Republic ships.

*shrugs*

Couldn't they just do a 1000 word write up on how the captured one/the plans? And if you want to get in details, well, how did any neutral groups get the plans to build any Mon Cal vessel, since we never gave them to anyone(except for ORS and allies)?

Nothing at TRF is a certainty really. Very few things that we cconsider truth are 100% certain.

Sorry Marth, it still won't fly. We only work on certainties here in the R&D department.

Why. There was 100 some odd ships in the Black Sword Command. That's alot. Odds are that yes there was one. Since nobody bothered to make up a complete manifest I don't now for sure.

APPROVED

The argument is about who will get to build the ship.

I don't see what the big deal is. It's armament is about the same as a standard Imp mk I.

Could have isn't good enough, in this instance i don't think marth.

No but there was never exactly a complete manifest either. There was at least 3 SSDs. Various Vics, 1 Intredictor, various ISDs. One of the versions of the ISD could have been a III.

The Republic captured Kuat, yes. But that does not automatically mean they captured all of the data there. The only places capable of producing ISDs in canon were the shipyards at Kuat, Fondor, Bilbringi, Ord Trasi, Corellia (?), and perhaps a handful of others.

The yards captured by the Yevetha were not construction facilities, they were repair facilities, and it has not been shown that the original Black Fleet had any ISDIIIs contained within.

Okay nice quick short history of the Yevetha. Yevetha throw off their imperial masters capture all but something like 3 of the Black Sword Command Ships. Then the Yevetha kept a copy of the plans. Eventually through many changes etc. The Yevetha became eventually ORS. And being smart they didn't chuck everything away.
