The master Sekotan shipbuilders grew their vessels organically. Their starships were not only fast, but were magnificent living beings. The Sekotans gave Anakin and Obi-Wan a beautiful specimen of their handiwork, a sleek craft that Anakin would come to name the Jabitha, in honor of the Sekotan Magister's daughter.
Fifteen living "seed partners" agreed to merge to form the Jabitha for the Jedi. The Sekotan shipbuilders then custom-engineered an elegant craft from the seed partners, rare organoform circuits and standardized technology.
The finished design was thirty meters long with a wide wingspan. The Jabitha carried two modified Haor Chall type-seven Silver-class light starship engines as well as a very expensive hyperdrive core unit. The interior was green, blue and red, gleaming with a vibrant jewel-like glow.
The controls were unmarked, but Anakin's piloting skills made such designations unnecessary. Anakin's strong Force abilities and connection to the original seed partners meant that he could communicate with the vessel telepathically.
Thus it was all the more tragic that Anakin should lose the Jabitha. Shortly after the vessel's birth, Zonama Sekot was attacked by Republic Commander Tarkin. The vessel was wounded in the skirmish, and Anakin nursed the Jabitha to the outpost world of Seline, but it was too late. The ship succumbed to its wounds.

This craft is simular in speed to the Delta class JV-7 shuttle craft.
Jabitha has a space rating of 7 as does the Delta class shuttle.

That is entirely up to Kamon.
Although personally i wouldn't be giving out my groups exclusive technology to anyone, irregardless of the reason for it, but then again, thats just me.

Not unless you RP it out. This could be a limited craft for limited use. Becuse they are unique crafts they could be limited to those that actually RP getting the ship itself.
Like that they actaully have to RP out the ceremony to build the ship. In addition to contracting the people of the planet to complete construction.
Would TTR be against induvidual RPers gaining a ship IC from the planet for RP purposes?
If it is done like this then Induviduals with permission would be able to get the rights to build one of the ships with the given RP work.
And if any limits are set then limiting it to one per RPer would be a sufficient limitation.
The same argument could be made for the Bakura SD and the ISD III that the empire are gaining exclusivity over in their R&D. They are general but yet exclusive.
So again limit it to those that RP out the gestation and build process with TTR's permission. Then it is not a R&D that is allowable to induvidual RPers.

This kind of craft is remaining planet link specific.
Actually, in the same way General R&Ds are. Meaning you're simply R&Ding something for TTR pretty much.
