Submission rules?
-SUBMITTERS, please keep the amount of pending R&D’s for your under three. That means, no more than two R&D’s pending per group.

3)Epsilon station
4)Huruz cluster missle
5)Correlia SD
6)Galack missle
Just so I know have we changed the 'amount of pending R&D's' rule recently?
Becuase it would help to know if this was indeed so.

Then,
[b]R&D staff:[/b] close the threads (except three designated by Drayson) for review. It will be up to Drayson whether those closed R&Ds are submitted or not.
[b]Drayson:[/b] Put a note in both MCC and IHC to have Telan and Kraken post their R&D submissions in TNO's R&D forum (make sure they have access).
Choose three R&D's in process here for R&D Staff consideration.
Make a pending list in TNO's R&D forum to let us know what is pending.
[b]Note:[/b] Theren Gevel, Bhindi Drayson, Lupercus Darksword and Simon Kaine are the only ones who will submit R&D's to TRF until further notice.
And we will watch other factions do the same.

If not enforced it is worth looking into.
It just seems curious to me that things are as they are considering such a rule.

Give it a break Drayson. I'm not looking for an argument but you're accusing Vonta of trying to attack TNO every two seconds.
He just used TNO as an example because they're the most obvious. Though if the rule started to get enforced ORS would also suffer.

Well, this is up to the R&D Staff. They can put TNO R&D's on hold to enforce the rule if they so choose and halt any further additions until the first 3 are considered... then the next three.. until the list is exhausted.
But it is up to the R&D staff.
