TNO- Galack Missile
Galack class Corkscrew Proton Missile:Name: Galack
Class: Anti-Capital Ship Missile
Type/Model: Capital Ship fired Anti-Captial Ship Missile
Dimensions:
Missile:
Length: 1 Meter
Width: 0.25 Meters
Height: 1 Meter
Armament:
Warhead: 50 pounds of compressed Proton explosives (explosive yield equivalent to 8 normal Proton Torpedoes)
Defenses:
Shell: 2.5 RU
Propulsion:
1 Small Rocket Booster (enough fuel for the rocket to travel 5.5 kilometers)
8 Small Manuvering Rockets (2 on each fin)
Sublight: 100 MGLT
Design Specifications: The Galack is designed as a new type of missile for use against captial warships. It is bigger than the average concussion, and proton torpedo warheads, and is basically an improved version of the heavy rocket. It is almost as fast as the average Proton Torpedo, and uses 8 manuevering rockets to spiral in a permamnent corckscrew manuever until it either runs out of fuel, or hits it's target. While this means that the missile can't be used to specifically target a single system, such as a small shield generator, it will be harder for the missile to be shot down by starfighters, and anti-missile systems. The fins are a folding model that deploy when the rocket is launched from a launcher. The launcher themselves are twice as big as the normal torpedo launchers, and come in mountings of one, two, three, and four tube mountings, also called single, double, triple, and quad mountings. The missile was developed in a research lab on Bastion.

Can we get another approval?

Are you going to implement this on existing craft?

You may point that out. Thank you.

Might I point out that this is half as quick as standard torpedoes.
Standard Torpedoes are double speed of TIE Fighter:
That is 210 MGLT.

So this R&D will be included on future TNO developments, then.

Yes. The tubes would have to be bigger than normal, and they would have to ignite, then hurl out the missile rather than fire it.

Does this require a specialized launch tube?

Looks good.
