Then don't post in any R&D Submission threads, consequnces issuied from such offenses will come from the R&D staff just as they would from the regular board staff. To accomadate those with a need to assist the R&D staff without notice a stickied thread will be posted in which you may post your issuies about specific R&D's.
The format of these posts must be made in said manner:
Subject: The R&D your comment is about
Comment: A short synopses about your issuie

Kach... if there is no link to an rp, we assume there is no rp until the designer deigns to give a link.. So no worries. Now if he's using that ship in a fleet rp, we need to know.

There. The Cicero and the remote robot things are Milkshake's, so I assume he knows where the R&D threads for them are. I haven't used them, and I don't think he has either, so no big deal yet if he hasn't written one. As for the Slicer Gunship, I have yet to use it either.
The required links are now all added to the appropriate threads.

First off, we started talking things over on AIM, and when linked to the R&D's I only read the relevant portions, then complained that they had no science involved to them....
This is really a VERY important issuie, as the two fighters are the actual key to his entire penetration of BDE's defenses in two different Threads (Teth Spearhead and the Caulla one)

Well, Telan and Dolash obviously didn't do the same thing before Tynna, otherwise Dolash wouldn't have been able to use the Claymore, Longsword, and Kris Fighters there. I think for some reason, either the time since the last battle was commenced, or the introduction of the new rules, that this rule or guideline was pretty much forgotten.
