Profile:
A medium-duty battleship produced by Tion Drive Yards for the Black Dragon Empire, the Tion DragonClaw has a modular design which allows them to be configured for specific missions. The ship measures 600 meters in length, and can transport enough troops to support an assault company, five AT-BTs, 3 Deathglider squadrons, 10 Riant Attack Tanks and several assault shuttles. Slight modifications will allow them to carry one complete squadron of Deathgliders for a planetary assault with seven AT-BTs and 15 Riant Attack Tanks.
The DragonClaw is well-armed, carrying 15 turbolasers, 15 Wyvern Cannons, plus PIM and Fusion Beam Cannons, along with 8 tractor beam projectors. It uses a 2000-SBD shield to protect a 1100-RU hull, and has a top speed of 25 MGLT. The DragonClaw Strike Cruiser was designed to be a fast flanking and escort vessel, particularly to work in conjunction with the Tion-class Star Destroyer in anti-pirate task forces in the outer reaches of the Tion Cluster and the Imperium's outposts. The DragonClaw is very capable of attacking and defeating small frigates and corvettes, but is not as powerful or large as the Tion-class Star Destroyer or Farfalen's Shoto-class Battlecruisers.
The DragonClaw also includes the first integration of known technologies from across the Imperium. The weapons and shielding are from Farfalen technology, which are then added to the sheer strength from the Dameun, with the mechanical expertise of the Tion Cluster, to produce this engineered wonder of technology:
1. Wyvern Cannon - A triple cannon unit equipped with state-of-the-art fast tracking technology. Two cannons are high-powered rapid laser units made of Dallorian alloy with an advanced courenth based cooling system. The third cannon is an electrically charged titanium shell launcher AKA: a rail gun. Has a back-up short-term power source.
2. Tion sensors - Utilizing a dense sensor stream, with a variety of wavelengths, which bounce off of virtually everything, the sensors can create a three dimensional image of space showing everything from all angles. The sensors are disbursed in all directions and the varying wavelengths lets the beams get further with a range of about nine hundred thousand kilometers.
3. Five-Axis Jump system - A system that processes the data in which it takes the five axis that would make up any coordinate in the galaxy and triangulates the distance it would take to get there, the time it takes the ship to reach the point (including acceleration and deceleration speeds).
4. Web Sensor System - Implanting devices in all of the ships in the fleet, they can communicate all of the sensor data taken from any given ship at any given angle and use it to their own advantage. They can also transmit target information and jump coordinates in the blink of an eye. It is not a slave control circuit.
5. HD-7 Advanced Turbolaser - The use of modified synthetic crystals coupled with a slight increase in power input allows for an increased firing range over 150%. Naturally though, a portion of the lasers power is lost as it travels through space, primarilly when it hits dust. There is also a regulator to allow a 'standard' mode of firing power. To counteract the extra pressure of keeping the lasers cool, a liquid nitrogen coolant system has been added.
6. E3 targeting computer - A fast tracking targeting computer located on the Wyvern cannon modified for the HD-7, to give more accurate long distance firing.
7. Anti-Intruder System β Checkpoints every twenty-five meters throughout the ship has been implemented, with blast doors at each checkpoint. Also at every checkpoint are force locks (strong force fields) that will automatically engage to block a person who does not have the proper clearance to that portion of the ship. At every checkpoint (which are manned by a security Mystery) are clearance checks β which are done by molecular recognition. Access to the bridge is extremely limited, and only officers are allowed entry. Persons wishing to enter the bridge must undergo a molecular scan β those who do not have clearance are barred from entry by force locks and blast doors. Also lining the checkpoints are the mark four guardian grids. These grinds are outfitted with laser cannons that track known hostiles and eliminate them. The grids only come online when someone tries to gain access through the checkpoint without clearance.
8. Auxiliary Command - This could not be more truthful. In recent events it has been observed that the need for a secondary ship control has become apparent. The auxiliary command is much different than bridge control, but it has all the necessary components that itβs original companion carries. The auxiliary command is activated in two ways: One, in the event of total systems failure on the main bridge, the command is automaticaly activated. Two, if the first bridge is destroyed somehow, the command comes online. Auxiliary Command consists of armored information relay points located internaly within the ships hull. These data relays are imbued with inactive mysteri, which in case of shipwide emergancy will take control of the ship, evaluate the situation, and take appropriate action based on what it detects.
9. Gravimetric Engine - Zero Point Field's (ZPF) have been explained as being a three dimensional representation of the dimensional objects known as superstrings, believed to be the key building blocks of both matter and energy in our universe. Zero Point Energy is essentially a 'leakage', on the quantum scale, of energy in process of being translated into this reality. Normally, this leakage involves the creation and dissipation of energy such that the result is an almost zero increase of energy. However, it is possible to use the potential of the ZPF as a power source of enormous implications. As Cal Tech physicist Richard Feynman once noted, the energy inherent in the space defined by a single coffee cup- anywhere in the universe- is enough to boil all of the oceans on planet Earth.
There are other implications of the ZPF fields and superstrings, in addition to that of an enormous power source. It has been discovered that inertia - the propensity of an object when at rest to stay at rest, and when in motion to in motion - is a manifestation of that objects electromagnetic interaction with the ZPF. Thus gravity and a lowering of inertia are both capable of being manipulated through the use of controlled electric interaction with the ZPF produced by superstrings.
By manipulating and "bending" these superstrings, advanced ships are able to create distortions in space/time that can be used to push and pull a ship in any given direction. An important byproduct of this means of propulsion is that the effect of inertia is also negated, allowing ships to accelerate, stop and maneuver at velocities that would crush a person using conventional ion propulsion.
10. Fusion Beam Cannon - This weapon is used in slicing and piercing of ships armor as well as anything else in the path of the beam. The beam is composed of directed neutrons and effects matter on a molecular level. In operation, a fired FBC will appear as a green line across the space between the target and the cannon itself, depending on its intended use. Firing time usually lasts around 5-7 seconds before the cannon itself overheats and automaticly enters a 20 second cooldown period. When fired against a standard Imperial sheild unit the cannon has demonstrated a similiar effect of that of a laser cannon indicating that the FBC is best used against unsheilded targets. Volume vaporized is approximately 50 meters in diameter in contrast to the 8 meter diameter of the beam itself. 1,400,000 Terawatts are needed to operate at full strength.
11. Mystery - Mystery refers to our most recent addition to the Dameun condition of immortality. What we have accomplished with our massive planetary information network has been the storage of and continuation therin of Dameun consciousness. Involving the disassembler deconstruction of each neuron, each pathway and uploading all descernable data from each. A special series of blood born assemblers also records all conscious thought and the brains reactions from and updates the current records about the specific person. With this data we can reconstruct a persons Mystery, their very being into a non-physical reality. In such storage ones Mystery would be able to interact with real time systems, other Mysteries or even physical beings. With given resources a new body of any specification could be created to house a mystery at any point, thus extending the granted immortality from previous projects.
Added benefits of these new systems are the partials. Partials are copies made of the Mystery by the original to preform specific tasks (IE: data gathering, manual labor, ect) and can come in any number of forms from physical to holographic. Partials will always merge with their original in the end to report their data directly or to save energy for their original.
12. PIM - The PIM itself is complex in nature while simplistic in design. Based around a solid 200-kilogram cylinder of durasteel, this missles initial tests were based around the theory of force against retraction, but proved to be too little too late. As testing showed a missle of said components either was destroyed or knocked of course before it could reach its target, less it never penetrated its targets sheilds. A full rounded Ablative matrix was used to cover cylinder at first, which protected the missle more than adequatly against anti-missle fire but still refused to give the missle enough punch with which to break through ships shields.
The last additions the the missles armament consisted of a new wave in rational thought among Dameun scientists. A modified Ion pulsar was implaced within the missles forward head. This pulsar would emmit millisecond bursts of Ion energy of the missles exact shape directly ahead of itself. These bursts enabled the missles to significantly weaken a small portion of sheild directly in its path to such a degree as to allow the missle to pass through it unabated. The Ion pulsar was also modified to deliver a pulse bomb type warhead when embeded to any degree within the vessel. This detonation would cuase ionization damage to everything within a 300-meter radius.

13. Advanced Fire Control System - To survive in a battle, a fighting vehicle must be capable of rapid reaction and accurate fire under all battle conditions. With an integrated system architecture and a well-designed operator interface, the ease, speed, and accuracy with which the operator can fire the gun can be improved. The AFCS project developed, demonstrated, and assessed improvements from exploiting selected technologies, and identified areas for further R&D. Technology from the project may be applied to future direct-fire vehicles, or to the mid-life upgrade of in-service vehicles. Development has also improved Automatic Target Detection & Tracking. The AFCS is in term linked with the sensor suite to provide additional strength to the SAS. The Structural Analyser System scans the target ships for defects and damage in its armour and hull. The system would then link to the AFCS and be able to fire say, 1 or 2 standard beams, or maybe link to any number of fire control systems, but only fire one per AFCS.
14. Intelligence Web Node - Internally mounted to keep attached Mysteri up to date with Dameun sources.
15. Daemun Hyperdrive - The engines of all Dameun ships will recieve an upgrade to this engine status. Instead of working in tandum with multiple sub-engine materials and parts, the Daemun Hyperdrive is built and run as one solid mechanism working independantly of overall ships operations, but in synch with ships status. Using a special created Mystery, with much the effect of an AI program, the Daemun core programing is connected to the Intelligence web to form a more sophisticated drive unit. Instead of keeping astronomical charts and such seperate in a main computer core this set up allows a ship in transit to constantly be updated on all current data currently known to the Black Dragon Empire. This data would comprimise new planetary data from the GMP as well as sudden battle run ins that may distract a vessel in mid flight and make obvious course corrections. The old NavCom system has remained as an integral system in a hyperspace sensor suite to avoid gravity shadows as well as any other hyperspace anamoly that may harm the vessel and make course corrections for these issuies. The drive uses modified gamma radiation to create electromagnetic energy that, when ejected from the hyperdrive, cause the realspace time-space matrix to ripple. The hyperdrive continues to eject electromagnetic energy to push against these ripples, propelling the ship into hyperspace. When encountering a gravity disturbance, whether that be from ship bourne sources or planetary shadows, the Daemun drive is equiped to begin its push into hyperspace whilst also traveling these shadows, of course not in the physical bodies of planetary objects but in the gravity wells of these shadows. Upon detection of these gravity shadows the hyperdrive will begin its normal drive procedures, cuasing its ripples in the realspace time matrix whilst also activating a pulsing static hyperwave bubble which whill allow the vessel to strike the hyperspace reality around it while also gaining protection inside the realspace buble from the gravity shadows around it, effectively allowing hyperspace travel in a gravity enriched enviroment at greatly reduced speeds. Instead of the gas coolants of the standard hyperdrives, the Daemun drive has used the once feared grey goo problem as a grey goo solution. A mass of pre-programed assemblers flood every free portion of the Daemun drive, absorbing the heat of the drive as it seeps from the drives components itself, as this heat rises beyond compensation capacity, the grey goo goes into operation, replicating itself from the dead components of itself, recycling the dead assemblers to draw the heat of the drive completely.
16. Internal Shield Array - Shield generators that are on the innards of the ship, as to prevent them from being destroyed by snub fighters.
17. Electro-pulse Shields - with the hull lined with thousands of tiny emitters that release an ionic pulse extending just past the regular shields. These pulses generally detonate any projectiles before they hit.
18. Bi-Polar Shields - A combined shield of positive and negatively charged shield energy. While the positive absorbs the common weapons, the negative energy can absorb the more exotic weapons I.E: ion cannons.

That argument was ruled as null quite awhile ago, in an effort to quell any 'arms race' events. Minor improvements are allowed, with multiple R&D's, but saying that 'time has passed' and using it as an excuse to add a lot of weapons is forbidden.

Seems to be pretty heavily armed. If I remember correctly, previous BDE ships would come out with basic weaponry, and one or two specialty weapons. This craft has decent weapons, and multiple specialty weapons.
