Notes -
1) All armament is concentrated on lower half of ship, excluding the MRDSs, which are scattered all around the ship
2) The shields are normally concentrated 80% on lower part of ship, 10% top part, and 10% in reserve. So rating for bottom half of ship would be 4,000 SBD, top part would be 500 SBD, and 500 SBD would be held in reserve.
3) The sublight drive engines have their own independent power cores, and each one is only sufficent to power one drive engine. The purpose for this is if one drive engine is knocked out, the others won't be affected.

Description -

The Indomitable class Planetery Assault Destroyer is designed as a special ship suited to planetery assaults. In many ways it is like one of the old broadsword siege monitors and a starfighter carrier combined into a single vessel, and it's function is to batter enemy planetery shields and defenses into dust, while at the same time providing starfighter support to the assault fleet.

Currently the only vehicle in comission of this class is the nameship of the class, the Indomitable herself.
