This planet was the center of Xim the Despot's empire and the site of his royal palace. Now, it is the capital center of the Black Tion Cluster, run by High Regent, Sully Anre. The royal palace is occupied now by the High Regent and his aides. It is the base of operations of all activity within the Tion Cluster. Tion Drive Yards(TDY) is located here, along with its main headquarters.
Argai has factories, skyscrapers and aquifers. Some areas have been smothered by a dense layer of urbanization. Orbital traffic encloses the planet like electrons around a nucleus, delivering food and supplies, ambassadors and tourists.
