This planet, the fourth world in the Ciutric System, was the capital world of the Ciutric Hegemony. It was the center of several trade routes between worlds of the Hegemony. It was here that Sate Pestage fled after being labeled a traitor to the Empire by Ysanne Isard. It is now the center of all trade routes of the Black Dragon Empire and it's trade headquarters is located here.
