Lance Shipwright, Vice-Commodore of the Gestalt Colonies is seen in full dress, standing behind a podium. He is gripping his belly in a raucous bout of outright laughter. A tear gathers in the corner of his eye.

"Bwah Ha Ha Ha!" He continues to bellow. Slowly he seems to become aware of the camera, and smiles. Innocently, he asks, "Is this thing on?" while tapping the microphone. "Gods damned fringe lunatics."

He smirks and the camera goes blank.
