Im trying to copy&paste the work in Microword to TRF. Everytime I try, this is what I get:

You have included too many images in your signature or in your previous post. Please go back and correct the problem and then continue again.
Images include use of smilies, the vB code

When you post, disable emoticons in your post. Then go through and look over your post on TRF to make sure there aren't extra spaces, ">>" and the HTML is all good. I find Microsoft Word stuff gets screwed over when copying and pasting it here, but its better than writing it on TRF and losing it if my computer screws up.

A lesson I have learned far too many times.
I had whole big intro post for an RP involving Black Sun, written a couple weeks back, and when my computer randomly restarted... I lost it.
Still haven't convinced myself to write it over.

C&P from Word to Notepad to TRF. Something about TRF's dynamic input box clashes with Word's dynamic formatting. Notepad turns Word's stuff into plain text, which inputs just fine.

I don't have problems pasting from Word... just make sure you click the "Disable smilies in text" box under Additional Options, and it should work fine.

I tend to post in the TRF reply box, then paste in Word for spelling check/final editting, and then copy from that and paste back into TRF to post... which works fine.
