I can't wait to hear who won the world series. I'm rooting for the Tigers, since they are like, one half of a hometown team for me.

Bucs won their game against the Eagles, 23-21. It was 20-14, but with 35 secs left in the 4th, Eagles scored touchdown and extra point. After a short drive back, Bucs scored a 62-yard FG with 4 secs left on the clock. Wow what a finale.

Which simply proves how incredibly stupid the NFL's overtime system is.
Basically, whoever wins the coin flip to decide possession wins the game- which is ridiculous. When a game is 38-38 at the end of the game.... and 1 posession (basically) gets to decide the whole thing.
The college system is much more fair*. Even ending the game in a tie at regulation would be more fair. Especially with the range that NFL kickers have.
[SIZE=1]*For non-football fans, in college, the ball is placed on the 30 and each team gets a posession- meaning that they get to play both offense and defense before the game can be decided. Which is sensible, and very exciting. [/SIZE]
