Drayson, you may want to take a look at your thread as you have an interloper. You may also want to set the time frame of the rp as the interloper is under the impression it is 1. during the BDE/GC war and 2. after his Pegasus (and other R&D stuff) have been built and 3. after the Kashan have signed their GC charter.
