Has any factions or fleets ever dove into the research of Space Based Projectile Weapon's?

Yes. Very recently. And in the past.

You need to check the R&D forum before you ask these silly questions. Then you'd know, and like GI Joe says, "Knowing is half the battle."

He dosen't say that having a bigger gun is the other half tho, asshole.

Anthos has a series of projectile-based weapons R&D'd.

That reminds me, I should go back to work on my latest Anthos RP.
