I've got it bad. What do you do/read/listen to/whatever when you have it?

I have a few songs for each of my characters that kind of exude their personality. Some times that helps. In general heavy rock'n'roll helps too -- I think the aggressive beat and wall of noise has something to do with it.
Otherwise I just play xbox or read some magazines.
I don't write enough to get block very often though. I tend to have more ideas than time, so there's always a backlog to dig into.

Blink If You Can Hear Me
Music. Wihout suitable music to play I just die.
I find that sometimes just taking a day off helps too. Just do what you would normally do but just omit the writing.
I took after a suggestion Omnae gave me and began to cycle projects. Work on them piecemeal, when the inspiration strieks you, no pressure, and find that is incredibly effective.

I agree with ahnk. I find that when I have ideas I have loads of them so I write them down. Then when i have writers block I just go revive a few ideas.

I like a sledge hammer. A sledge hammer is good for anything that's blocking you.
Or explosives.

Ahhhh.... the infamious writers block that all us writers hate dearly
For me.. I either do something that reminds me of what I'm writing about
Or I watch something related to it (if it's an anime story, then I watch Japanese Anime)
Or I listen to music, it really does depend though. Sometimes writers block won't go away until a certain amount of time passes, take it from me, I've been known to have a constant writers block of up to six months.. and trust me.. it's VERY annoying!

Strip Tease For Me, Baby / Tie Me To The Bed, Dear
I jump from project to project. Usually I'm fleshing out one story and when I get to a part where I feel stuck, I go work on the plot line for what ever I'm doing next.
That usually refreshes things.

I'd have to agree with keeping multiple irons in the fire. I tend to rotate through my characters about twice a year. Eventually I get an idea or two, and I write as them for a while. Then the idea goes cold, and I move on.
I think Tobal is the only character I have that I can write steadily.

Exactly.
Only, I usually take a couple of years off at a time. But still.
