Step 1) Build huge ass speakers all over the galaxy (If BDE can surround themselves with Gravity Wells, this should be no problem).

Step 2) Put Simons "Disney Classics" CD into CD player hooked up to the speakers and put "it's a small world" into a continuous loop.

Step 3) Wait for the surrenders to come in, begging you to turn it off.

Estimated time to Galactic Domination: 12 miniutes after it starts playing, 15 on the outside.
