The Grand Combined Armada of the Black Dragon Empire consists of over a thousand capital ships and ten thousand starfighters, and your saying you defeated this force, with like 15 capital ships total? Come now.

The "unofficial" invasion of Black Dragon Empire space, and the Dragon's quest to reclaim the lost worlds under it's sphere of influence, one by one, utterly eliminating any threat the Coalition could muster to oppose it.

Wow, my opinion of scale for these battles was way off - I thought battles took place between a couple dozen capitol ships tops. For a battle to be even close to a hundred ships, I thought it'd have to be something like the final epic battle type thing. Anyways, most of the damage inflicted came from the dominators, but an extra volley from the Claymores and some number of Longswords I assumed would constitute the sort of 'last straw'.

As for your missile, upon reconsideration I've thought of a much more likely outcome for the attack and will edit it to compensate for the situation. As the missile is an object, and the Pulse deflects, not absorbs, objects fired at it, the nuke would bounce off into infinity.

500 capital ships? Are you kidding me? Assuming BDE could even field such a force, that means you've left your planets complete undefended. But can BDE even field such a large force? You've had pretty much no IC activity recently, the last anyone really heard of BDE was that they were concentrating on improving their economy after they realized they couldn't support a massive offensive (that was BDE's IC excuse prior to it become completely inactive, effectively putting your Jihad on hold). Then you suddenly come alive after being sick (as I understand it), send a Farfalen fleet to Dameo. Following that, nothing and then magically you have a fleet with 500 capital ships attacking Teth. This is propotionate to how things happened in the old rules. As I understood them, the knew ones were designed to keep fleet sizes down to a reasonable level, not a level where in one fleet you have around 10 capital ships for each planet in your group.

The rules suggest that if you spend all your time promoting military in your RPs, then you can have like 3 or 4 ISDs and accompanying craft for an empire of around 10 planets. Now I know this has kind of been ignored by everyone (or at least people have been deploying much larger forces to planets than what would reasonably be deployed) but seriously, 500 capital ships. I thought things were being stretched when you sent a 70 capital ship force from your protectorate to help rebuild Tynna. That belief grew when you sent (at the same time) an 80 ship fleet to fight the Cree'ar (not that the battle ever happened). Now things seem to be returning to how they used to be before the new rules were being set, except for now we don't have a limit on how propotionatly big your fleet can be. And yes I know GC is kind of guilty of stretching the limits as well (i was surprised at Dolash's 24 capital ship fleet sent to Roche, I thought this would have stripped the Eastern Province of its entire fleet).
