- [size=2]The area of space known as the Roche Asteroid Field is declared to be a protectorate of the New Order and under the control of the Imperial Fleet. [/size]
- [size=2]All traffic entering the area of space known as the Roche Asteroid Field will be required to declare themselves post haste to the Imperial Force Commander, and to submit themselves to any searches deemed neccessary by said FC [/size]
- [size=2]Any persons seeking refuge in the area of space known as the Roche Asteroid Field will be required to present themselves to the FC post haste [/size]
- [size=2]With the exception of the Imperial Fleet and vessels acting under authorization of the New Order, the area of space known as the Roche Asteroid Field is to be a weapons secure area. Any vessels wishing to travel through this area of space will be required to fly under Imperial escort and with Imperial soldiers on the bridge to ensure no breach of conduct [/size]
