That's the web-designer equivalent of saying, I was too lazy to test the site in other browsers, and I don't care about the 50% of people on 800x600, UPGRADE YOU FOOLS...
Something like that.
Worked fine in Mozilla 1.5, so you can put that in there now.

I prefer websites to stay within the browser, and not take over any of its functions (like scrollbars, or going full screen like ezBoard popups do, etc)
