They look pretty cool. I've just seen the second one myself. It was fine until the very end, when Anakin and Obi-Wan were surfing above the lava, fighting on a hoversled. Now, for a show of hands, how many people wanted to see lava surfing?

As far as I'd gathered from the books/comics and whatnot it wasn't a hoversled but simply a piece of debris, although I havent seen the TV spots myself.

No it was definitly hovering, at about 15-25 meters, doing some fighting, then Obi-Wan screaming to Anakin in an anguished voice,
"BUT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THE CHOSEN ONE!!!"
There are also other hoversleds paralleling this one, so it may be likely that they jump from sled to sled.

There are also a few other scenes I remember, having seen it again last Monday during 24. Palpy is dueling someone rather viciously with a red lightsaber, Chewie is giving a war speech to about 50 other wookies in what looks like a warband of wookies, with them raising their hands and roaring and all that. Anakin, in his Darth Vader uniform, leads a column of stormtroopers down what I suspect is a corridor in Coruscant. Then of course there are scenes from the space battle, and Anakin looking very evil in some scenes before his accident. I suppose I should edit the title of the thread to include spoilers.

They weren't on hoversleds. They were on a pipe system that seems to run above the lava. I have the theatrical trailer saved on my computer.

There is a sequence involving some hover sleds... from what I gathered, it's more of one hoversled that Anakin uses just before he is defeated.
This is from reading the book; the movie might differ to look flashy.

Palpatine duels against four Jedi Masters, including Mace Windu, and later against Yoda.
The wookies weren't in the books, although Yoda travels to Kashyyyk for a mission.
