With a timeline we can actually figure this out.

According to the timeline:

Vonta Horn= 33-34 years old
Greyy trespe= 46-47 years old
C4 sith hunter= 10 years old (droid)
R5( cypher)= 20 years old (droid)
Zed 9-= 8 years old (Droid)
K-79 = 6 years old (Droid)
Saber= 8 years old (Droid)
Strike= 9 years old (computer consciousness)
Irman Nogar= Working on it but he is old.
Toryn Sabreen= 63 years old
