Is there anyway we can install a "Live Chat" to TRF?

Probably could. It's never really been all that popular, so once we moved off of ezboard nothing was ever installed. I'll put it on my to-look-into list, though that's fairly long right now.
At the moment, if you're interested in live chat your best bet is to wait until the evening, or when a bunch of people are on, and then advertise an AIM chatroom.

I use MSN, and AIM. I prefer MSN messanger 6.2 more than anything.
