It's a favicon. It's just a small bitmap image I made with a freeware favicon editor I downloaded. It's placed into the root directory of the website, and Mozilla (and IE too, I think) automatically looks for it when it accesses the page. I think you can remotely link to them as well. I had thought about trying it when we were on ezboard, but I never did.

A google search for the word 'favicon' should give you some more detailed instructions, as well as freeware .ico file converters/makers.
