I stumbled across it today, and its the first I've ever heard of it.

Makes compelling reading though, read the Timeline.

I found it odd, however that for something as 'significant' as this flow-chart thingy, that one would have to pay for it. (maybe they need the money for bandwidth or something).

For something like this acquiring the needed bandwidth is a non-issue. We're talking about conclusive proof that the US has invented and purposly propigated the AIDS/HIV virus, and that it has suppressed a cure that costs $9 per dose. How hard would it be to get someoen to donate bandwidth to hosting that proof for anyone to download? Snopes.com has a good article on AIDS origion mythos.

I'm not discarding Boyd's work, but its method of delivery makes me skeptical.

Well, the bandwidth thing isn't exactly the issue, heh, but as I said, I thought it was strange.

It did strike me as being somewhat paranoid.
