Sometimes, you just get lucky.
So here's the deal: Kraken and I kind-of-sort-of had an agreement regarding the Imperial presence in the Kathol Sector and Bothan Space. Then, we kind-of-sort-of established what was going on IC, mostly in Force Wars, but I did a substantial amount of setup beforehand, going all the way back to Cataclysm.

I want to take the Imperial planets of Kal'Shebbol, Pembrick 2, Dayark, Exocron, and Lorize on the Planets List and move them to the Alliance as part of a "Kathol Republic" subgroup (which would also eliminate the "independent" Kathol Republic on the Planets List), in accordance with IC events which have already transpired. I also want to transfer Bothawui from the Empire to the Alliance as part of a "Combined Bothan Clans" subgroup, in accordance with IC events which have already transpired.

This post is simply to give any TNO folks an opportunity to object, if they feel so inclined, and to check with the staff one last time before I make a post in the Planets List to finalize this.

So what was the deal?

Was it, "Hey Kraken, I want to take six of your planets" and he said, "ok" or was there some reciprocating on your part for something?

Is dead. Would rather not be.
(Argh, I just accidentally deleted my response! Okay, let's try again . . .)

The Elrood Sector rebellion was exposed and eradicated (including Coynite mutineers inside Kraken's fancy multi-species Mid Rim Fleet), Jarvis Ragnar's forces were devastated (Jarvis is currently presumed dead), the Kathol Republic and Bothan Clans have independently signed peace treaties with the Empire, and the Ishori/Diamal rebellion was revealed to be a ploy by Imperial Loyalists to lure Jarvis and his allies into the trap. Also, Inferno Fleet (which was at Sullust before that) showed up to try to rescue Jarvis, so that's a thing that various people undoubtedly know about now.

I meant:  What was the OOC deal?  You get 6 planets from TNO, he gets??

smarts was going to take him for a lovely seafood dinner.
OS: In a world of bon-bons, you are a twinkie.
Ahnk: God damn you, I am Count Chocula and you know it.

He gets to not have to deal with my four-Imperial-Sectors worth of Rebel plotting. Other than that, no, he doesn't get anything.

lol...That's what it sounds like.

I just wanted to avoid Kraken coming back 2 months from now all mad asking why the staff did not enforce Smart's end of whatever OOC deal they concocted up.

If it was all:  Smarts gets 6 worlds but Kraken 0 worlds, then I guess hurrah for Smarts!

Blink If You Can Hear Me
wow this sounds like a really good deal.

What about this one...

I give Smarts the finger....

...and well no, that is pretty moch it.

Then Smarts has already violated his own deal.  He can't breath without plotting.

If it was four Imperial sectors worth of rebel writing, that might have been something.  But plotting?  pish posh, I say.

Argh, you know what I mean! All of my IC work on those anti-Imperial rebellions has effectively been neutralized. Although, admittedly, some of those schemes were neutralized by essentially giving me what I wanted . . .
