setting up comment parsing for BBCode in the universe section.

It was a recommendation by Omnae  for a way to jist all variants in one thread. It was just a test to see if it could be done and how it would look. 

It was just a personal preference to keep all Mark ISD models in one page...but it just occurred to me (I am sometimes slow that way) that this is not a thread forum where there will be different posts for variants of the same ship thread but comments regarding a single page.  And to be honest, I do not like the way the comments look on a page.  At least, I do not like they way the look with Mark II or Mark XCVII info in them.

So I guess different pages for each Mark/Class of same ship would keep everything clean and neat. 

Are the pages be in alphabetical order or are they arranged by date of post?

If each model has its own page, eventually I will build something that will let us add relationships between models, so we can define what variants inherit form what parent class, etc, and then get all that info in a nice tree view.

I have updated R&D to display in reverse posting order, like a forum. I think there's a widget around here somewhere that will let users change that to filter/sort at will, should be useful.

Just making a note for myself to fiddle with config if nobody else gets to it first and to try and get publicly a viewable member post history as well as a post count, at least from new board posts.
