Following are the VERY ROUGH draft of the rules for an EZboard...
" A new begining is marked by the discovery of Hyper-Space travel by the human species...

In The Begining, you play the role of a great figure, a famus explorer, a innovative inventor, you chose! This is part of the beuty of this game.
The rest is much deeper, The human race is not alone, and just because they have been the first to discover hyper-space travel does not mean they are the best by any means. Other races are out there, and you, as a player, have the chance to create one.
A limited amount of races will be discovered at first. They will be limited to having one, unique, uotstanding technology, along with all modern-day human technologies, minus hyper-space travel.
These are not all the technologies in the game, hundrends, thousands more can be discovered by your character. They will, like your race, require a post in the R&D forum.
To use this forum, you most first make a short post, including what you wish to create, and perhaps a little about what purpose it is to fill. In responce, an admin will post telling you how long a post you need to wright as a description of this new technoogy. A link to the RP in which your character does the discovering will also be required. Copy and pasting between the RP and the R&D is allowed, when applicable. If you outstep reasonable bounds, an admin will ask you to fix it.
Power-playing and Godmoding will not be tolerated. Period. You should be beyond that. This is a quality Role-Playing board. If you want hack-n-slash "Me beats you with me big gun" RPing, Leave. Now.
Following are the technologies available to your race (discussed above). Remember, only humans have hyper-space travel, all other races of something else. What they do with it is up to you players.
Hyper-space travel (humans):
By an alteration of the fundamental particles of life, the humans have discovered away to seperate time and space, moving through one, but not the other. Though one may think that this would not allow only hyper-space but time travel, one would be mistaken. Traveling through time, without space, obviously wouldent allow you to travel physically, because there is no space!
Miniaturazation:
By the decreasing o Planck's constant, the race is able to decrease the size of a normal thing, without losing molecules. This is a reaserch tool, or an espionage tool, of amazing power.
Cold Fusion:
This race has discovered ways to create practically (but not literally) infinate amounts of energy. This allows this race to create huge, towering structures, to have to economic worries.
Psychic powers:
This race has unleashed the true potential of thier mind. It is done through a small tweak in the physical structure of their brain that allows the brain to create physical waves instead of merely inner-spacial waves. (This allows the manipulation of objects, obviously)
Positronic Brain:
Allows this race to create things that have conciousnesses... this results in robots that think for themselves, without a pre-programmed resonce for everything. These positronic brains can be manipulated for many purposes.
These are all for now, with short definitions as well. Bear in mind, THESE ARE NOT EXAMPLES OF R&Ded TECHNOLOGIES, these are just definitions of some things that you should already understand, for you non-techys out there."
