I have looked at the rules, but have not found if TRF does a power transfer. I am a Jedi Master at another board and want to know if you do a tranfer of power for me thanks. P.S. not my board either.....

Power transfers are done on a case-by-case basis. If you could post links to past threads (as many as possible, since you're asking for a Master rank) the Staff will look it over, and consult with our other active Jedi.
