From henceforth all hyperlanes in and out of the planet of Despayre-the Rogue Imperial Capital planet-are hereby closed. The only remaining one to actually jump in and out of the planet with is by route of the Royal Hyperlane of Parlia.
Instructions
To reach Despayre from here out you must first travel to the planet Averam. From the planet Averam a nav buoy will indicate you to Togoria. From Togoria another nav buoy will lead you to Chandrila. Finally from one more route in Chandrila you may enter the Rogue Imperial capital of Despayre.
Again, all roads in and out other than this have been closed and made impossible to access. One must go through these roads to properly arrive at the planet.
