No one has a right to accuse anyone else of copyright infractions.
We are, after all, roleplaying in a galaxy based on the foundations someone else created. The banner has stolen icons. Pretty much all graphics for every board feature stolen material.
It's used in a non-profit fashion, so it's permissible. But it doesn't give anyone the right to accuse someone else of any sort of material theft.
