Winger Mining Corporation Terms of Surrender

<li> Three Imperator Mark III Star Destroyers to be given over immediatly to the Shadow Guard
<li> Partial control of the world of Garos IV to be given over immediatly to the Shadow Guard
<li> One of Garos IV's three shipyards to be given over immediatly to the Shadow Guard
<li> Cease of all hostilities on both parties

Dolash02 Fleet Section Terms of Surrender

<li> Six Imperator Mark III Star Destroyers to be given over immediatly to the Shadow Guard

Jesmin Ragabag Fleet Section Terms of Surrender

<li> Six Imperator Mark III Star Destroyers or six MC300 Cruisers or 12 MC200 cruisers to be given over immediatly to the Shadow Guard

<hr>

All parties have 96 hours to comply with these terms before they are eliminated in the name of rightousness.

(I can tell. This is an In Character forum. Partial control of Garos IV consists of the following:

The Shadow Guard will mantain political control over the world
The Shadow Guard will be allowed one yard vacancy for surrendered shipyard
The Shadow Guard will recieve 25 of the 50 capital ship slots to mantain their starfleet.
The Shadow Guard will provide protection to the planet.
