The Rebel Faction

In an update to an older story, things seem to have heated up in the Kashyyyk system. Councilor Naosha, the leader of the so-called Separatist Movement, seems to have fled Trandosha along with a small number of supporters. This was not without hot pursuit from her opponents, who engaged in a major battle with the Wookie ship Triton, which Naosha is reportedly aboard, in planetary orbit. We do not know for sure if the Triton survived that battle. However, recently another major battle has been fought close to the systems resident gas giant. The battle was reportedly between a group of pirates and two unknown ships, one of which is rumored to be a rogue Trandoshan Destroyer. There have been reports of unusually powerful ion cannon fire from the surface of one of the gas giant's moon, Tissuss. In addition, a mysterious fleet briefly appeared on the battlefield, only to disappear as quickly as it appeared.

In related news, word has leaked form Kashyyyk that the Captain of the Triton has been accused of treason and will be brought in for trial. According to reports a fleet has been dispatched to the gas giant's moon Tissuss, where it is rumored the Triton has crash landed.

Trandoshan against Trandoshan...now it seems it's Wookiee against Wookiee. What's going on over there? Is this what Naosha intended? What about that mysterious fleet: whose side are they on?

In other news, there have been reports of mysterious mass deaths on various planets in recent weeks. All the attacks were in remote locations and the victims looked to have been cut to pieces. As of now, we have no word of any witnesses or traces of the killer or killers that commited this gruesome crime. As we learn more on this story and others, you will hear it here first.
