Usually its posted so that the changes can be made to the R&D list. And since i'm usually in the R&D forum, i'd notice such a post.

Well, if he can use the system, then I would ask for you to please list how many lasers per each size ship you have.

If I read correctly, the number of lasers depended on the size of the ship but that really doesn't say much.

How would that work? Strike Cruisers, per an example, have forty weapons emplacements. They are roughly 500 meters long. 40/500 = 12.5 meters of hull per a weapons emplacement. ISDs have 130 weapons emplacements, including tractor beams. 1600/130 = 12.3 approximatley. So 12 meters per a weapons emplacement looks to be the default. With the exception of smaller ships, like the CEC Gunship, with 90 meters of hull, and 20 weapons emplacements = 4.5 meters per weapons emplacement.
