1. That was very, very cheap, attacking when I wasn't around, especially since I am in charge of defending our planets, and Dolash admits that he can't handle things.

2.I requested that no one use the 72 hour rule on any threads that I was in while I was gone, or attack us. Since you chose to attack the day I left(and had no time on the computer), it's only fair that I get a chance to respond, once I get back.

3.As I mentioned, I am incharge of the defence of GC planets.

4.Don't bring the possibility that Griff could have defended us into this, he is busy with ORS stuff.

5.You can't disable a shield generator in one post.

I was blissfully unaware of the fact that you had requested no one attack the GC when the thread was started.

However, after speaking with a couple of people and noticing that the thread had been sitting dormant for six days, I decided to post again.

Dolash is a member of the GC, and was posting in the OOC forum and other RPs. He was fully able to begin a defence of the planet, and failed to do so.

As for the shield generator: yes, I can. The GC failed to respond, so I took more leeway than I would have otherwise. And disabling one shield generator is not entirely difficult.

But saying that is hardly enough excuse when there are other and more active members available to reply.

Uh, hey Jan. I notice that none of your other attacks stopped while you were away. I also notice that @#%$ pretty much continued as normal with you kids attacking 90 of our planets while we have attacked virtually none of yours.
So if Dolash cannot handle another assault, that really is no one's fault but your own. You started this. What the hell did you think, everyone was going to take a week or two of one-way time out when you decide you're going to go off and sip eggnog? Did we make you attack Corellia? Sorry, I must be forgetting the part where I went to your house, held a gun to your head, and started screaming, "DON'T WITHDRAW YOUR SHIPS, KEEP ATTACKING, KEEP ATTACKING".

Another question. If you expect everything to stop at the drop of a hat anytime you take a break, why have you set yourself up as the primary opposition to the Empire? Why have you attacked us with a huge force and then touted what really is nothing but a few skirmishes as a "massive all out war"?

I'm the most active member of TNO, by the way, maybe second to Drayson. I must be missing the post where I tell everyone to stop the war because I'm away.

Uh, what the @#%$? So basically, what you're saying is that when one of your members is "busy", and the other is away, you can't be attacked? That whenever its inconvenient for you to have to defend yourself you shouldn't have to? That's great.

It is enough. There is one other senior active GC member, that being Dolash. He, you may have noticed, is not that active either.

He's not the only member. Basically, Jan was asking us not to attack not out of necessity, but out of pure convenience because he didn't want poor Dolash to have to post in two threads at once. Wait, wasn't Dolash the one going on and on about how it only takes twenty minutes to post in a thread? What is all this @#%$, then? Suddenly the shoe is on the other foot and GC is calling the staff in. Interesting. I'll remember that.

Let me summarize for those of you who have trouble reading.

1) Dolash being busy is WHOLLY the GC's fault, and we are not responsible for him having to cover more than one thread.

2) It's not that you COULDN'T defend the planet, it's that it was inconvenient for you to do so. Which is not an excuse. Dolash could've taken, and I quote, "twenty minutes" out of his day to post. Griff could've posted, he's not dead, he just has some other stuff to do. That is not an excuse.

3) GC started this, not us. How is it that it's up to their discretion to put it on hold whenever they so desire?

Sorry for going off on a tangent, but it's time I started bringing the mighty sledge hammer of fallacy down on all you kids who think it's fair game to villify TNO.
