Hi i am new here.

To introduce my character I can just post in the battle grounds right?

When doing this can can i be where I want. And for instance can my character start out owning his own XJ series X-Wing?

The planet I was going to start on was Corellia. Is there anything going on there that would prevent me doing this.

Any help greatly appreciated.

However if you're just looking to do a starter RP, that shouldn't be a problem.

Check out the visitor's center for any information you might need on player ettiquette or the rules and how to get started.

. . .and yes its possible for you to start out with an X-wing if you so desire.

To give you a quick rundown of the major factions. Right now the Empire is the dominating faction, owning at least 50 planets, and 500 captial warships. Right now we are in a war with the Galatic Coalition, who is your basic New Republic group, and the Outer-Rim Sovereingty, who can be viewed as break away Imperials from the technology they use.

Also, there is a cool group called the Black Dragon Empire who recently merged with another cool group called Farfalen. Both have kick-ass technology, and good commanders. Kyric Zen, and Hier Ratkus are the ones to talk to about that group. Right now they are in a war against the Outer-Rim Sovereingty.

Those are the groups worth mentioning for right now. Tholatin Republic, Observer Order, Ssi-Ruuk, and Clans of Bothans are other groups that are well established and have an average number of warships, etc. *Cough*Cree'Ar owns all*cough cough*
