I have a question. Just for fututre reference. Is it legal to just come out and say that you have spies in an enemy factions government? Or do you have to RP them getting there? Just curious.

The reason i said not to take what Kraken said as anything but a throw away comment is because the results of what kraken said means nothing.
So what if he knows Bakura is under attack? Does that affect @#%$ in any way? Nope.
Now were he to say in a similar function that they had secured an R&D or fleet information etc, then there would be an issue.
We try to allow you to have pretty free liscence with what you do, so just chill.

I wasn't asking because of that. I was asking because I was curious. I wasn't asking because he stated TNO has spies on Tholatin that are high enough up to know of the information only a little while after it started. It's only trivial. I just want to know.

As always, if you RP something in a reasonable and realistic way, you will have more to stand on than if you just say 'I have these doods here'.
