I'd like to make an Amendment.
I just read Empires Shadows: Tholatin.
From now on, if you post OOC comments without an in-character roleplaying post in any in character only forum, such as the in-character propoganda forum, or the battleground, you will be given a strike.
If someone posts an OOC comment warranting an OOC response, but you won't make an IC response for any reason, take it to the OOC forum, and don't make more OOC comments in that thread.
