And remember my request to see the SY thread where the Upgrade to the ORS ships were carried out to equip them with the Elite? Or to see a thread where it says that the system was equipped? Having something is great, but is useless unless you actually state it going onto the ships.

There was no more SY upgrade!!!!!!!!!
We just waited five days untill after we got the tech to use it in an IC battle. And Kyric the rules that applied to the R&D would apply the same if we were using the R&D.

Well let's see the thread where you modified your ship's designs to include the R&D. Remember, if it's not in the ship's specifications, it's not there, unless it has been modified, in which case it requires SY time.

1. Read the R&D.
2. Once you have done that, you will notice it was an upgrade to all ships. All we had to do to upgrade the ships was wait an extra five days.
3. ORS doesn't have a thread for where they were upgraded, they were never told they needed a thread(to the best of my knowledge).

They aren't GC yet! OMG! Its a Galactic Coalition R&D. Not an ORS one! It does not apply to them! When you merge, five days after, it might. Thats up for the mods to decide, but at the moment, it does not!

as an R&D mod I'd Rule against the useage of the R&D in this way. The manner of upgrade in which GC was able to upgrade all its ships is no longer allowed. In the same manner in which ramming isnt allowed.
Though I can't really rule against anything, outside the R&D forum, lol. SO my advice is to get an admin in here and bring a final end to the argument...
